Bravo Full Service Bottling Includes: Bottle rinsing with compressed air, nitrogen gas, water, or a combination of 2 of those options. One head de-aeration, first air is pulled out of the glass by a high vacuum pump then injected with nitrogen. Vacuum gravity filling. Vacuum corking OR screw cap application, automatic capsule application, foil spinning, and pressure sensitive labeling. Automatic case sealing is also provided. Screw cap application is available in three options, standard application, nitrogen blast - gas shot into the cap before it is placed on the bottle, or a nitrogen drip – This process involves dispensing a single drop of liquid nitrogen into each bottle. The nitrogen immediately expands as it evaporates, causing any residual oxygen to
be forced out.
