Well, we’re glad you asked. When the bottles enter at 50 bottles a minute, the first thing they encounter is our rinser. The unit is designed to inject air, gas (nitrogen) or sterilized water into you bottles and get rid of that rancid debris otherwise known as “floaties.” This new system turns the bottles upside down an inserts a nozzle inside the bottle for over 8 seconds. As the nozzle descends, it helps create a downward movement of airflow improving the elimination of dust or cardboard pieces. We can even accommodate any 2 of those cleaning solutions at the same time! It’s YOUR CHOICE. We recommend dry compressed air followed by nitrogen. That way you eliminate
contaminants AND leave the bottle full of nitrogen. The bottle next enters the monoblock where it is de-aerated. A high vacuum pulls all the air out of the bottle and then it is quickly injected with nitrogen gas. Then, and only then,
